EuGMS inviting bids for Core-PCO
The European Union Geriatric Medicine Society is seeking the assistance of a Core-PCO for a collaboration as of Spring 2015 to manage the Annual Congresses 2017 – 2019.
Deadline for bids is Friday 30 January 2015
The Secretariat will upon request send the RFP to agencies that fulfil the following requirements:
- Main organisers of international associations conferences of > 2000 participants and corresponding exhibition space. References of past five years to be included.
- Full working standard that grant ISO certification for meetings
- Good knowledge of international (medical) association management
- Expertise in financial control of international meetings including taxation and VAT handling.
