The Capture the Fracture® global program provides recognition, resources, training and tools to support Post-Fracture Care Coordination Programs (Fracture Liaison Services) worldwide.

Capture the Fracture® was developed by the International Osteoporosis Foundation to facilitate the implementation of coordinated, multi-disciplinary models of care for secondary fracture prevention. It is recognized as the single most important step in directly improving patient care and reducing spiraling fracture-related healthcare costs worldwide.
