AFFIRMO PROJECT - INVITATION UK, ITALY, SPAIN, DENMARK, ROMANIA

Dear Colleagues,

As you may know, EuGMS is a consortium partner of the AFFIRMO project ( EC Horizon 2020 program), a large research initiative with the objective to improve the management and health trajectories of older multimorbid patients suffering from Atrial Fibrillation (AF). 

Currently, the research team of work package 4 within the AFFIRMO project is running an online survey and would kindly invite healthcare professionals from the UK, Italy, Spain, Denmark and Romania, who work with multimorbid atrial fibrillation patients (clinicians, nurses, GPs etc.)  to participate in this short survey. It only takes 5-10 minutes to complete the survey (link below) and it is available in the 5 languages of the listed countries.

We are very grateful for the dissemination of this information and the related survey-links among your colleagues and for your valuable time in supporting this research initiative!

The deadline to fill in the survey is the 31st of August.
