EuGMS - SPRIN-G event 2024 - Istanbul June 24-25 and online

Dear colleagues, dear friends,
After Rome and Bucharest, the Spring-G event will take place this year in Istanbul, on June 24 and 25. This year, we chose the theme of the "impact of medication use on aging trajectories". This is a major health issue, because the tremendous developments in pharmacology and clinical therapeutics in recent years offer important opportunities for healthy aging, but at the same time, drug misuse is source of major health problems. The Spring-G event aims to explore all possibilities for improving the benefit/risk ratio of medications through public health policies, education of physicians and other health professionals and empowerment of patients and caregivers. All these questions will be debated in Istanbul between local professionals and stakeholders as well as members of the EuGMS, in the spirit of the Spring-G event including exchanges on medical, historical and cultural aspects and above all friendship.

Event program

The event will take place at the Radisson Hotel President Old Town Istanbul, on the 25th of June 2024.

Official language is English.
