Council of Ministers Work on Transparency Directive continues

Despite of the lack of enthusiasm of member states in connection with the proposal relating to the transparency of prices of medicinal products, the Council is continuing its work on this dossier. Health Ministers, meeting on 7 December, discussed the state of play and noted that all member states have reservations regarding the proposal. In order to progress the Directive, the Cyprus Presidency has proposed to rewrite those articles that pose most problems.
